Well, this is the second time Melanie makes this dish, and this was the first time we’ve made it together! Much like the first time, this rolled turkey breast was absolutely delicious, and I wish I had a spare stomach for suppers like these. This is the perfect dish for small holiday gatherings as a 2 pound turkey breast can easily feed 6-8 people!
We decided to try something new with this recipe post, and if you venture past this intro, you’ll notice we’ve added collages of candid prep shots. This should provide you with more insight into our kitchen manners, and I give full credit to Melanie for this idea. She’s been quite the shutter bug in the Kitchen lately!

I found a tasty looking turkey breast at our local grocer (it was marked down for a quick sale) and what was supposed to be an appetizer for a party ended up becoming our main course the following night!
This dish is very thai influenced, with the red curry and coconut milk giving it a smooth and flavourful aroma. These thin strips of turkey are skewer and cooked on a grill untill they are just tender. Dip in sauce and voila!

Since we’re at home these past few days, we’ve had the chance to dig into our overflowing recipes folder and pull out a few gems. Walking through the meat department at our local Grocery Store I stumbled upon a Half Off Sale on fresh Turkey Breasts and I got to thinking….Since it’s been ages since I’ve done anything with a Turkey Breast, I figured this was as good a time as any. We recently put together a rub for a Grilled Tilapia (view the item just below) and I thought I could modify the rub slightly and apply it to the turkey breast.
We added a wonderful homemade pasta sauce to whole wheat pasta and voila! For the full recipe read on after the break!
