During lunch today, a coworker brought up Indian food and I couldn’t stop thinking about.  So, by the time I got home – I needed some Indian food.  However, I did not want to go to the grocery store and I needed some food in my stomach within the next half hour.  That’s when I decided to do some searching for a recipe.  Low and behold, I found an incredibly simple recipe that was ready to be eaten in 15 minutes.  If you’re looking for a quick weekday meal, look no further – I have found it for you.  To make this a complete meal, I would suggest adding some rice, such as Basmati rice. Well, the weather was so darn nice yesterday that we couldn’t resist the urge to bbq some amazing top sirloin steaks we got at a local butcher’s.  We marinated the steak in olive oil, garlic and fresh thyme for 4 hours and we ended up eating quite possibly the most tender steak I’ve ever had.

Now to get the damn cooking time perfected, nothing more disappointing then cutting a steak open to discover its slightly over done. :(
