BBQ Pineapple & Rosemary Pork Tenderloin

Summer is quickly coming to an end, and BBQing days are numbered. We wanted to welcome a new guest to our home, so we thought we would do it in style, after having been inspired by Alain’s BBQ Tenderloin recently, we decided we’d do our own version!  The pineapple vinegar added just the right amount of sweetness to the loin, pairing beautifully with the cajun spiced potatoes I roasted in the oven!

Kale & Sausage Penne

This is quickly becoming a family favorite, we’ve made it many times in the past months, for ourselves and guests, and it’s been a huge hit each and everytime!  The sweetness of the sausage, we use honey garlic sausages, with the tangy bitterness of the kale is simply exquisite!

Mediterranean Chicken Salad Sandwich

I originally put this recipe together with a bunch of random items I managed to find, and I wanted to stay away from using a Mayo based Chicken salad.  The salad turned out to be delicious and all thanks to some pineapple vinegar!  Read on past the jump for the full low down on this quick and dirty little sandwich!
